RxOutlet - Ordered brand name Cialis, looks to be counterfeit, refund refused

The companies involved are rxoutlet.net, premiumcharge.net, and IMKPAY.com. I believe they are all affiliated, and work together to sell drugs and tobacco over the internet.

I ordered a brand-name prescription drug from them. They sent me what I firmly believe to be a counterfeit product. It was shipped to me from Hong Kong. I believe it's counterfeit because the packaging is identical to counterfeit products that were seized in Canada by the government, and confirmed to be counterfeit by the manufacturer (pictures and descriptions are located on an official Canadian government website, and were also reported by the CBC...

please refer to the photos I've attached to this complaint.) The company I ordered from has a guarantee on their website: "If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund up to 30 days after placing an order." I asked for a refund at least six times by email and also when speaking directly to their customer service reps over the phone. I got nothing but denials and arguments from them. They even went so far as to imply that the Canadian government might be lying! In the end, they said it would be "unfair" for them to refund my money, because I've already received the merchandise...

but at the same time, they do not allow me any way to return it to them. I will certainly never do business with any of these companies again.
